David Carroll is Managing Director and Founder. He started his career in Sales with Lever Brothers before moving into recruitment. In 1998 he sold his agency Read-Carroll Ltd to Hays Plc and after leaving Hays Read Carroll Ltd he set up Stonor. David still plays football, rugby, golf and the drums.

Terry enjoyed a successful Sales Management career working with Jimmy Goldsmith at Cavenham Foods and then Rothmans UK. Terry's recruitment career spans London Executive where he was a director, Read-Carroll Ltd where he enjoyed the fruits of a sale to Hays Plc and now Stonor where he runs Stonor Mergers and Acquisitions utilising his many years of experience and contacts helping clients buy or sell businesses.

In her spare time, Hannah can be found attending live shows to watch her favourite artists.
