Due to continuing growth my client is looking for an outstanding New Business development manager to join their results-focused and motivated team based in West London. You will need to be experienced in our industry with a strong bias towards sales and business development. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years experience working for a promotional product supplier, sales promotion agency or similar promotional marketing roles and be able to demonstrate a successful new business generation track record in a B2B product role.
Managing the clients expectations youÕll be responsible for delivering creative products on time to some of the best known brands in Great Britain. As the focal point for all client activity youÕll possess first class telephone, face-to-face and written communication skills together with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to inspire trust in those around you.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relations becoming the point of contact for clients
  • Meet quarterly & annual sales budget & profit requirements
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product proposals for clients
  • Create and sell bespoke promotional programs
  • Prepare pricing/costing for clients
  • Updating clients on order status
  • Customers timelines and logistical needs are met
  • Ensure product is designed according to customer and marketplace requirements
  • Commitments made to all customers (internal and external) are followed up in full, on time and to the agreed quality specified

  • Proven track record of account management / new business generation
