Charlie studied Archaeology at Southampton but quickly realised he was no Indiana Jones, he joined Stonor in 2005 and now heads up all four divisions. When he’s not running the company he enjoys football, tennis, jumps racing and travel to warm countries.

Head of Legal
Ben’s boundless enthusiasm and love of the job is an inspiration to everyone. A qualified Barrister, he specialised in legal search with Hudson Global in London before setting up Stonor Legal in 2013. He takes an active role in the local community and sits as a Governor of a local school. When not placing Solicitors, Partners, and Teams, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, playing golf or watching jumps racing.

Born and bred in South Oxfordshire, Joe Tucker completed an LLB (Hons) in Law at Cardiff University before returning to the area. Having successfully placed a number of legal professionals into Chambers-rated law firms during the summer, Joe returned to join Stonor Legal as a permanent Recruitment Consultant on completion of his studies. Joe continually impresses both candidates and clients with his detailed market knowledge and friendly approach. Having “gone the extra mile” with a Legal 500 firm, Joe was offered a much sought after summer internship to gain valuable legal experience in their Corporate; Litigation and Real Estate teams.
When not out meeting and greeting lawyers, Joe can be found in the gym or in the pub watching his beloved ‘Liverpool FC!

Mark joined us in 2015 and heads up our Market Research Division. Like his brother Andrew, Mark is an international rugby player having been capped many times for Holland and played for Premiership side Newcastle Falcons at club level. His determination and dedication to sport is mirrored at work and no one does more to ensure that projects are completed to everyone’s satisfaction. Outside of work and rugby, Mark loves steak, cinema and exploring his new found home in the South!

Marketing & New Business Consultant
“Ange” is another one of our office rugby players. He has recently joined Stonor following 2 years in Sales recruitment and will be working on our Marketing and New Business desk. Away from the office and the rugby pitch Sam is a keen Skier but tends to prefer the “après”, he also enjoys a round of golf from time to time.

Craig joined Stonor in 2016 having recently graduated with a degree in English Language and Literature. His remit was to pick up some of Charlie’s historical clients and build a successful division dedicated to roles in PR and content creation. He took to recruitment like a duck to water and has successfully established the PR and Content desk here in no time, placing some exceptional people with both network agencies and smaller independents.

He is now very much the Godfather of the business and with more than 30 years experience, an invaluable resource to everyone.
