Head of Art/Creative Director/Art Director/
Head of Art/ACD - Creative Communications Agency
NP603 - £65k + bens
This is an incredibly rare opportunity for an Associate Creative Director, or Head of Art with team management experience, to work in one of the best agencies in the South West.
After a recent client acquisition there's a spot for an incredibly talented, dedicated and passionate idea generator to lead a team of 10 creatives; whilst producing amazing work.
A large proportion of the role would be client-facing; strategically working with the client(s) to extract as much information as possible. Using this information, and combining with the Head of Copy, your respective teams would be tasked with generating ideas that turn heads, alter perceptions and influence decisions. You'll be incredibly hands-on from a conceptual point of view, whilst managing your team to get the very best out of them.
At present the agency Creative Director is stretched far too thinly across accounts and departments! They want someone to be their right hand (wo)man - someone that can hold the fort during their absence and be relied upon to ensure the smooth running of the department.
The scope of work differs tremendously. You could be conceiving an app to increase loyalty, devising a plan to best showcase some crucial data, crafting a memorable DM piece for customers, or concepting a jaw-dropping campaign which advertises a fantastic service or product.
The working environment here is incredibly collaborative, exciting and enjoyable and you'll be more than well looked after here. Aside from the salary of up to £65k you'll get 27 days' holiday (plus bank holidays and Xmas shutdown), cycle to work scheme, free private healthcare, subsidised treatments and gym membership, office-wide fitness classes, free parking, Monday morning breakfast, more fruit that a monkey enclosure and somewhere to really shape your career.
Having your own transport is crucial for this role, as is working in the office 5 days/week. It's imperative that, for this role, you have a well laid out folio that's brimming with cutting edge and eye-catching work. It needs to be informative and take the reader on a journey. If you can't present your work effectively, then it doesn't speak volumes about your presenting skills to clients!!!
