The Agency

Established for over 20 years, this boutique Berkshire agency is continuing to grow well and has recently acquired some exciting new clients in the Lifestyle, Retail and Food & Drink sector. They've won multiple awards for their campaigns and they are the go-to agency for many high profile, global names. Based out of new offices in an excellent location (with plenty of parking), the team are a social and likeminded bunch who enjoy a relaxed and team focused work environment (staff turnover is very low!). Some exciting new client wins at the end of 2019 has meant the agency now has need of a new PR Account Director.

The Role

This is an important role for the business that will see the successful candidate working on some of the agency's highest value clients while also helping to support in a leadership role across the business. The role will suit an experienced consumer agency PR professional who's looking to join a close-nit team with ambitions of continued growth. Responsibilities will:

  • To demonstrate a history of working on varied consumer campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills and a history of managing and developing junior and mid-level colleagues.
  • A confident presenter, keen to share ideas and pitch projects internally and to clients
  • A strong understanding of all things social and the ability to think beyond traditional media relations.
