This is a brilliant opportunity for an experience Senior Account Manager, or fresh Account Director who's looking to make their mark on a growing agency with lots of ambition.
This agency has the ambition to become the best independent pharma marketing agency in the UK; they're aware of the competition but the ambition is certainly real.
They're looking for a driven, commercial and organized account handler who has clear and demonstratable experience of working in the pharma marketing field. This person would have the opportunity to take the lead on clients in three main areas - Oncology, Haematology and Rare Diseases.
The scope of work is varied from DM, patient access and retention, strategic direction, web builds, events and more. You'd have a brilliant creative team at your disposal to help generate original ideas and concepts that turn heads and stand out. The MD is young, enthusiastic and willing to push the boundaries of the industry; coming from an ATL agency background themselves.
They are keen on someone being in the office 3 days/week so being in a commutable distance from Berkshire is crucial. There's a more than competitive salary on the table, between £50k and £60k for the right person, alongside additional benefits.
