Due to bringing their creative work back in-house, this brilliant Market Research agency are looking for a Graphic Designer with a wide set of skills, to help execute their workload.
With over 20 years of experience in their field, they have fine-tuned their service and assist some global technology brands with the insights they need to back up their campaigns. Until recently they have always outsourced their creative, but have made the decision to bring everything back in house; benefiting them from a workflow point of view, but also economically.
They produce a wide range of creative work for their clients, ranging from:
The need for a diverse skill set is crucial, so knowing the Adobe Creative Suite inside and out is paramount. Alongside digital and print design, it would be a huge advantage for this person to have a good understanding of motion/animation.
Due to only recently bringing the creative work in-house, they will need a self-starter who is able to work on their own. There is a Head of Content directing creative operations, but they are also in a hybrid role with account directorship.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone to really make this role their own, inject some quality ideas into their approach and help grow their creative department.
Alongside the starting salary of up to £30k, there is an 18% bonus based on company targets, private healthcare, 25 days holiday which rise one day a year to a maximum of 30 days, plus more.
Of course, everything is WFH at present, and when things return to 'normality' you will need to get to their office in West Berkshire, without the option of public transport.
