Job Description

Head of Growth – SaaS Scale Up – London
£90,000 - £120,000 + Share options (two days per week in the office minimum)

We have partnered with a fast-growing SaaS company in the fintech space. They have only been operating for a year but already employ 50 people across three offices and have the backing in place to grow exponentially in the next four years.
  
This is a job with massive scope, you will own the evolution and execution of the marketing strategy and implementation. You’ll ensure the sales, marketing and success teams work hand in hand, to increase leads and conversion rates and continually optimise our go-to-market strategy.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define integrated marketing plans that support sales strategy, pipeline development and growth within the target account list.
  • Plan ABM programmes, nurturing campaigns/demand gen and other programmes that create opportunities for target accounts.
  • Lead management and close collaboration with the revenue teams.
  • Own lead and pipeline metrics, in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Manage marketing team alongside agency support
  • Report on key KPIs, assess pipeline health, and identify key challenges and priorities.
  
Missions:
  • Develop, execute, and monitor Growth plan (email, ABM & partnerships…).
  • Set up marketing automation campaigns and train existing teams to monitor
  • Initiate lead nurturing initiatives and introduce a commercial approach to the marketing team
  • Leverage available data and insights to develop activity that is targeted, effective and efficient
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues to share ideas, maximize opportunities and ensure consistent brand alignment across all B2B touch points (E.g. Production of sales support materials,…)
  
Requirements
  • Experience managing and executing marketing programs and campaigns for B2B companies within a start-up SaaS environment
  • Track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging a diverse set of channels and tactics, expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
  • Familiarity with CRM/CMS products like Hubspot
  • Demonstrated ability to employ data-driven, digital first strategies for high quality lead generation and opportunity acceleration through sales teams
  • Brilliant communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into marketing actions and clear objectives
  • Exceptional organisation and a ‘hands on’ approach
