Creative Director

These guys have been around since 2002 operating in the B2B tech space, and until now, have been without a Creative Director, a model that's worked for them. Due to a few recent client-wins they've decided that the time is right to up-skill.

This means there's a Creative Director opening for them to join their UK team of 35 people. The design team is made up of around 12 designers, developers, artworkers, copywriters and video/motion guys.

In this Creative Director they're looking for someone who can generate concepts and conceive ideas that challenge the norm, turn heads and inspire clients. You'd be managing your team, getting the best out of them through encouraging, inspiration, knowledge sharing and nurturing of talent.

Aside from having incredible design and art direction skills, they would be looking for this Creative Director to have a strong element of commercial awareness, being able to pitch and sell ideas to clients, imbuing them with a sense of excitement as you share creative visions with them. Digital skills are a must, as is the ability to be able to jump on a mac and visualise ideas to a finished level. Finally, having a good understanding of the B2B and technology arena is a must!

This really will be a superb challenge for a driven, determined and experimental Creative Director who can really make their mark on an agency, taking them to new, and dizzy, heights.

The salary bracket is up to £80k, there's plenty of parking, 22 days' holiday (rising to a maximum of 25 with service), free eye tests, monthly company lunches, free eye tests, fizzy drinks fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, discretionary WFH days, flexible working (within reason) monthly socials, and a 3% pension, and of course, the chance to be part of something amazing.

Please ensure you send over a detailed CV and a folio brimming with cutting edge work and well-crafted campaigns.
