Project Executive/Manager - £26,000 - £30,000 - Very flexible working arrangements

We're recruiting for a Top 100 integrated agency that really look after their people...
  
They have been established for 20 years and regularly appear in the times top 100 small companies to work for. They are a certified b-corp and an Employee Owned Trust (EOT) - so they are literally 'all in it together' as owners.
  
The team is made up of 40 talented individuals across creative and client services and they have big ambitions to grow in line with a ten year plan. The work is varied both in terms of discipline (full service) and sector, B2C and B2B. In this case you would be working on one of the world's largest logistics companies, a higher education client and a leading charity.
  
The Role
This is an important and exciting role within the agency with an opportunity to grow for the right candidate. Under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for the operational day-to-day smooth running of client projects.
  
You will be tasked with:
  • Supporting the Client Services team on large projects and activities, or working end to end on smaller clients’ projects
  • Managing client projects using SYNERGIST Project management software
  • Driving projects through the business to the point of, and including, billing
  • Attending client meetings and calls and producing follow up notes
  • Proof reading and maintaining excellent quality control on all client work
  • Ensuring briefs are met on time and on budget, using judgment to inform the Senior Account Manager or Account Director where there is a deviation or problem, and provide potential solutions
  • Creating and managing timing plans and ensuring projects remain on track throughout their lifecycle
  
It would be helpful if you had:
  
  • Experience of supporting the management of clients within an agency environment e.g. working as an Account Manager or in a Project Support role
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • A positive communication style, happy to coordinate colleagues and clients to ensure projects keep to schedule
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to proof check documents
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise time efficiently
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workflow
  • Experience with Synergist (project management software) would be amazing!
