Midweight Art Director

This agency of 60 people based on Hampshire's South Coast have won countless awards for the creative over the years. You'd also be teaming up with an excellent up-and-coming Midweight Copywriter who has awards to their name too.

Working together, you'd be crafting concepts that attack the trickiest of briefs, conveying the exact message the client is looking for, to the correct audience.

Like a traditional Art Director, you will have the ability to hand sketch scamps and storyboards, to a good level - good enough to annotate and take to client pitches/presentations. Then, you'll be required to mac these up to a good level of design, before artworkers can put the finishing touches to the pieces for final delivery.

Being able to demonstrate experience working with direct mail, thought leadership pieces and wider campaign work would be hugely advantageous, as would experience working in the B2B space.

Aside from a salary of up to £30k, you'd have access to as 21 days' holiday, relatively strict working hours of 9 - 5:30pm (the CD doesn't like people staying late, big on work-life balance), a solid pension scheme and then on-site you've got a whole host of shops, a hairdresser, a beauty therapist, loads of parking and a café to sort you out during the week.
