Currently the Creative Director and Senior Designer are over-run with work, and require a detail-focused Creative Artworker to come and pick up some of the slack. The scope of work spans digital, print, branding and event work in a variety of areas in the pharma world.
  
As an Artworker you'd tasked with creating beautiful layouts, making amends, retouching images and also helping out from a design perspective when creating strong campaign ideas.
  
Managing multiple projects at once is crucial, as is having worked in a design/marketing agency environment before.
  
with a salary bracket of between £25k and £35k, you'd also have access to private medical insurance, 25 days' holiday which rises by 1 with every year of service and there's plenty of parking in the office (which they'd like this person to be in 3 days a week).

    The role

    Ideal qualifications:
    • 4 years' + experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Some experience of managing budgets and project management generally
