We are recruiting for a creative marketing agency with a team of 70 based in the heart of London. They are growing quickly and have won tons of awards for their work and unique culture.

The role
Reporting to an Account Director, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of channels including; brochures, advertising, email marketing, direct marketing, digital, event management and marketing suites.
Working closely with the planning team and studio, you will be pivotal in delivering innovative high impact campaigns, whilst seeking out new opportunities to facilitate account growth. With a strategic but commercial approach, you’ll be building close relationships with senior clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of a high volume of work going through the supporting team. Your positive attitude, knowledge and expertise will enable you to quickly become a respected member of the team, able to direct, mentor and support others.
 
You'll need:
• A proven track record in an Account Management role within an agency environment*
• Multi-channel lens and confidence in leading an integrated campaign response
• Ability to quickly build client relationships - Proactive
• Confidence in briefing the design studio
• Excellent attention to detail, capable of reviewing documents at pace
• Skills in managing budgets and forecasts
• A desire to grow your career (ambition and initiative!)
 
* Any experience of design or marketing projects for the property sector (commercial or residential) would be advantageous

    • At least a year’s Quant research experience
    • Great proposal and report writing skills
    • Foreign languages are a definite plus (not essential)

Our client is ideally looking for someone who is a Qual specialist but also mixed methods with a Qual leaning.

    This role is ideal for a Research Director to use their expert abilities to create solutions, and ideas and be innovative to produce the best results for their clients and make a real difference. With a variety of complex, high-value, strategic projects you can be excited at the fact as an RD at this agency you will help create direction for some of the UK's leading brands. They are based just outside of London and just a 20-minute train ride from central London.
     
    Required skills:
