The Role

This is a vital role for the Media group and one that would see the successful candidate leading a small partnerships team with the aim of acquiring and developing relationships with aligned brands to drive subsprisbtion growth through marketing partnerships. To be considered you'll need senior level expereince in a brand partnerships position, expereince working with global brands in multiple sectors and the confidence to lead a team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and grow commercial relationships with partner brands
  • Devise and adapt a partnerships strategy focused on acquiring new brand partners in multiple sectors - all with the aim of driving subscription growth
  • Manage and mentor junior staff members
  • Leading pitches for new Partnership opportunities
  • Working closely with wider partnerships teams and senior leadership to continually adapt overall strategy.

    The Role
     
    The Agency are on the hunt for a new Senior Account Manager to help execute Events/Activations for two excellent Spirit brands. The role is varied and will cover Event and Activations alongside some Partnerships and Influencer work to reinforce the exciting list of annual campaigns the role will oversee. The ideal candidate will have expereince working with drinks brands (in some capacity) and will be skilled at working with clients to effectively manage experiential and Events campaigns. Responsibilities will include:
     
    • Full management of executions for both brands (including events and partnerships)
    • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and working to forge and maintain strong and lasting relationships built on a consultative approach and understanding of objectives
    • Work closely with PR and creative teams on multi-team activations
    • Take a leading role in on-going strategic approach, evolving campaigns as time progresses.

    We are recruiting for a creative marketing & branding agency with a team of 70 based in the heart of London. They are growing quickly and have won awards for their work and unique culture fostered over 20 years. The team are passionate about the work they do and aspire to ensure they are the best agency dedicated to the PROPERTY SECTOR (commercial and residential).
     
    The role
    Reporting to the CSD, you'll head up the largest account in the agency with the opportunity to work across a diverse range of channels including; brochures, advertising, social, direct marketing, web, event management and marketing suites.
     
    Working alongside senior directors, you’ll also play a key role in the agency’s growth plan — leading new business proposals and mentoring staff. With a strategic but commercial approach, you’ll be building close relationships with senior clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of a high volume of work going through the supporting team. Your positive attitude, knowledge and expertise will enable you to quickly become a respected member of the team, able to direct, mentor and support where needed.
     
    You'll need:
     
    • A minimum of 7 years’ relevant creative agency experience
    • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting
    • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
    • Working knowledge of MS Office
    • Excellent communication and an aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
    • Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
    • Experience advising clients at a senior level
     
    * Experience using the project management software SYNERGIST would be ideal.
