Since 2001 these guys have been crafting identities and shaping brands in their industry, they've grown to 75 heads and are rapidly trying to find new offices to accommodate their growth which, given the current climate, is impressive; testament to the quality of their work.
As they've grown, they've identified a lack of creative, conceptual and cutting-edge thinking in their output. This void has catalysed their search for an out and out creative mind, someone who can conjure ideas out of thin air, ideas that ooze class, finesse and sophistication.
These ideas need to work across every platform, highlighting the message no matter what the media type - a true creative idea. You could be from an art background, or copy background, it's all about demonstrating head-turning ideas...
You'd be sat with one foot in the creative team, and the other in the strategy team - so your ideas aren't just creatively minded, they incorporate strategy too.
