We're working with a London based marketing & events agency who supply brand ambassadors to help promote and endorse their client's products and services. They help clients in a range of sectors from tech, to retail and charity.
 
What's the job?
Well, you'll be in charge of the recruitment and training of promotional staff, alongside helping with the various campaigns and live events that they help run across the country.
 
You'll:

  • Own and manage the staffing database
  • Lead and initiate campaign briefs with field staff
  • Help the design and production teams understand staffing requirements for each project
  • Monitor budgets
  • Attend internal agency meetings and contribute to future strategy
  • Attend and run onsite activations
  • Manage external suppliers
  • Help mentor junior members of the team

 
For which you'll need:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
