    £65,000 - £80,000
Roles like this don't come around too often; a genuine opportunity to take a boutique agency who are already competing with the big boys, to the next level...

Their team of 25 is turning over £6.5M in revenue working with exciting clients such as Subway, Coca Cola, Costa Coffee, PlayStation and more. They punch well above their weight in the live brand experience space, creating and conceiving ideas that enhance a brand's image and perception with their audience.

The live event and experiential marketing space isn't what it was in this new digital age we've found ourselves in. Experiential marketing is far more than running a sampling campaign outside Tesco's; it's all about experiences, producing cutting edge ideas that are shareable on social platforms, pushing boundaries with jaw dropping stunts - this is what their clients want to see - the provision for cutting edge creative is endless...

They're looking for an ACD who's got hunger, ambition and the desire to consistently find ways to wow consumers. It's a purely conceptual role where you'd be tasked with generating ideas for brand experience campaigns which work across a wide range of platforms; creating content which leaves a lasting impression and alters decisions.

It's imperative that you're able to tap into the Gen Z mind, thinking outside the box with brave ideas that tap into emotions and are talked about in every cafe, pub, workplace and WhatsApp group.

HQ is in Reading and they’re big believers in collaboration, so you’d need to be able to get into the office 3 days a week (non-negotiable). If you’re on the Elizabeth line then it’s a short ride out of town and a 2 minute walk from Reading Station.

On the salary front they've got a wide bracket of £65k - £80k for the right person. You could be an ACD looking for a new challenge, a s**t hot Art Director who is looking for that next jump up, or even a Design Lead with lavish conceptual ability. They've got a healthy list of benefits ranging from:

    • Private health care scheme (Vitality)
    • Profit share bonus scheme (could be up to 10% of salary)
    • Pack of Perks- (late start, afternoon off, Office DJ for the day, Event tickets) that you get to exchange when you want to.
    • Staff trips (if stretch targets are hit) - skiing year before last and Marrakech last year!
    • Laptop/company phone.

If the above is a bit of you, then it'd be great to see your CV/folio.
  • Senior Creative
    £65,000 - £80,000
Senior Conceptual Creative - Branding & Design Agency
    Central London | Hybrid (3+2) | £50k - £65k

Think of the pure unadulterated creative, Don Draper vibes, out-and-out ideas that work across multiple platforms whilst turning heads; this role hits those notes.

Since 2001 these guys have been crafting identities and shaping brands in their industry, they've grown to 75 heads and are rapidly trying to find new offices to accommodate their growth which, given the current climate, is impressive; testament to the quality of their work.

As they've grown, they've identified a lack of creative, conceptual and cutting-edge thinking in their output. This void has catalysed their search for an out and out creative mind, someone who can conjure ideas out of thin air, ideas that ooze class, finesse and sophistication.

These ideas need to work across every platform, highlighting the message no matter what the media type - a true creative idea. You could be from an art background, or copy background, it's all about demonstrating head-turning ideas...

You'd be sat with one foot in the creative team, and the other in the strategy team - so your ideas aren't just creatively minded, they incorporate strategy too.

They've got £50k - £65k allocated for this role, highlighting it's importance. Their list of benefits range from:

    · 24 days' holiday, plus extra days at Christmas
    · Additional holiday through loyalty bonus scheme
    · Flexible working, 3 days in the studio
    · Flexible hours between 7am - 8pm
    · Regular company socials and away days
    · Access to wellbeing hub

I'd love to see your CV/folio, but do take into consideration the above - it needs to be brimming with concepts and ideas - creatively led, rather than design biassed...
