A Multi-award-winning, global Partnerships agency is looking for a Senior Account Director to work with a wide range of top studios and publishers in the Entertainment sector. Outstanding clients, Global environment, large welcoming team and plenty of scope for growth.

The Agency

Keen to capitalise on continued growth in their gaming team, the agency is on the hunt for a Partnerships Manager with some expereince or interest in the sector.

The Role

This is pivotal role for the agency that will see the successful candidate working with high profile clients to deliver strategic Partnerships campaigns aimed at driving engagement and interest in upcoming releases. You'll working closely with the senior team, manage a team of your own and deliver for clients. This is an ideal role for any Senior partnerships manager or who's looking for a highly strategic leadership role. Responsibilities include:

· Developing Partnerships strategies in line with clients objectives while offering a consultative approach.

· Supporting your teams and helping to lead the pitching of campaign ideas to prospective partner brands in multiple sectors

· Fostering strong and lasting relationships with clients built on trust, understanding and a passion for their sector

· Leading on overall partnerships strategy

· Managing and mentoring junior colleagues.

· Working with Senior team to deliver pitches.

    • Develop the overall sales strategy for the institutional marketplace.
    • Approach and develop key relationships with investment consultants, trustees and small institutions.
    • Work collaboratively with investment consultants to develop client-centric solutions.
    • Lead and co-ordinate pitches to ‘gatekeepers’ and prospective clients.
    • Work alongside the Asset Management team to effectively position the offering for the institutional market.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop the necessary sales collateral for success.
    What kind of person will this suit?
    The role suits a creative, consultative sales person looking to have a significant impact on strategy whilst also having the ability to earn uncapped commission.
    You will:
    • Approach the sales process creatively with a view to long-term revenue generation for the business rather than short-term success.
    • Ideally have experience of institutional sales already.
    • Have experience using CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce or Curo
    • Be an articulate, effective communicator
