Account Manager | Integrated Design Agency
Hertfordshire | £35k | Hybrid (3+2)
This is an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager with strong creative eye to join a boutique 10-person agency who work across a wide range of creative areas. Based in a turret in Hertford Castle they've got one of the more interesting offices out there. Easy access by train and plenty of parking too...
They've got some aggressive growth plans having seen an influx of work with some new doors recently opened, hence the need for a dedicated Account Manager to come in and fortify relationships and drive creative marketing projects internally. Due to the size of the agency currently there is lots of exposure across different creative areas such as location finding and going on shoots, alongside managing projects from start to finish and developing strong client relationships.
You'd be managing accounts and supporting from a new business perspective, working on internal social media campaigns to further drive forward new business and working closely with internal creative teams. The scope of work covers digital, social media, creative, DM and more.
Alongside the salary of up to £35k, they offer 23 days holiday, a full Christmas shutdown, end of year bonuses, private healthcare. The company culture is very inclusive and there's a great buzz in the office made up of lots of outgoing personalities. You'd be required to be in their offices 3 days a week as a minimum.

    Marketing Automation Manager – Oxfordshire - £60,000 - £70,000

    This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 4 + years’ experience in marketing automation to join an exciting integrated marketing agency who are growing quickly.
    The Company
    We're working exclusively with a leading integrated marketing agency based in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. With a focus on creativity, strategic thinking, and results-driven campaigns, the team pride themselves on delivering exceptional marketing solutions for their clients who tend to be in automotive, financial & professional services.
    Having recently won a new client, they're expecting to more than double in size and require an experienced CRM/Marketing Auto Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
    This role is an urgent requirement for the agency with a growing team. If you have experience in using marketing automation and CRM platforms like Eloqua, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Marketo or Pardot this should suit you very well. Experience with Digital Asset Management platforms, web analytics and marketing dashboards a bonus.
    The clients are high end automotive brands so an interest in cars and/or luxury products would help but is not essential. The main job responsibilities are listed below…
    • Running marketing automation programmes for b2b clients
    • Planning and implementing marketing automation flows
    • CRM configuration and contact management
    • Delivery of projects on time and on budget
    • Excellent administration - client comms, reports, etc
    • Effective recommendations against client brief
    • Managing internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
    • Excellent client communications
