Account Manager - Design & Marketing Agency - £30k-40k

We're working exclusively with an integrated marketing agency based in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Part of a larger marketing services group, they provide communications and channel marketing for a variety of b2b and b2c clients. Disciplines within the agency include design, print, large format print, exhibitions, video communications, digital media, direct mail, advertising, conferences and events.
 
They're looking for an experienced Account Manager to help support the team on one of their largest accounts, a legendary brand within leisure and motoring.
 
Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a client facing marketing role and be familiar with at least some of the following:
  • Overseeing campaigns from conception through to execution and delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing and prospective clients
  • Forecasting and tracking client account figures through each quarter
  • Organising client meetings and writing internal briefs for design and digital campaigns
  • Nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Raising invoices and liaising with internal/external accounts teams
  • Formulating SoWs and sales proposals
  • Keeping record of client meetings, requests and creative assets
 
Ideal qualifications:
  • 3 years' experience in a client services role, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
  • Proven record of successfully managing accounts and delivering campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
