WFH 3-4 days, flexible working & bonus

The company
An award-winning Market Research agency with a very impressive client list that includes a number of the UK's leading brands is now looking for a Project Manager
 
 
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an Associate Research Director to use their expert abilities to create solutions, and ideas and be innovative to produce the best results for their clients and make a real difference. With a variety of complex, high-value, strategic projects you can be excited at the fact as an AD at this agency you will help create direction for some of the UK's leading brands.
 
 
Required skills:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills; both written and verbal whilst managing professional relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects from project commissioning through to delivery
  • Work with a variety of internal and external teams, moderators, translators, viewing facilities etc. to identify and execute the best approach to project briefs
  • An understanding of project budgets; delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Display a real ‘can do’ attitude; Always looking for solutions as challenges arise
  • Assist Senior Project managers with project costings, proposal writing and project deliverables

    The Role: This role offers the opportunity to manage larger, more complex deals and take greater control over your career trajectory.     We are recruiting for a creative advertising agency based in an easily accessible Hertfordshire location. They have been running for over 20 years and specialise in producing award winning campaigns for a range of clients in education, automotive, financial services, technology and charity. The team is made up of 40 talented, outgoing people many of whom have been there for over five years due to the positive working environment. The business is well known for its dedication to staff development and no agency invests more in training their people (CPD).
     
    The Opportunity:
    This role will support a Senior Account Manager on one of the agency’s largest accounts.
    It will be a diverse, challenging role involving most areas of the on and offline marketing mix including, creative, content, media and CRM.
     
    The main responsibilities will be:
    • Delivery of projects on time and on budget
    • Excellent administration skills
    • Effective recommendations against client brief
    • Managing internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
    • Excellent client communications
    • Ability to review design and artwork against client briefs
    • Knowledge of client brand and corporate identity
    • Clear, concise, inspiring, thorough, relevant briefs - creative/media/integrated planning brief
