Creative Director opportunities don't come around too often in the regional areas, let alone ones as attractive as this....

Since their inception in 2002, they've worked with a host of household brands, big name FMCG clients, and exciting breakthrough brands, in the UK, and Europe.

They use their blend of strategy, creative, design and strong client relationship skills to help define and launch brands in their respective markets. The drill down into the brand's values, their ethos and devise plans to take them to market, refresh them, and make them stand out from the crowd.

The ideal candidate will either be at Creative Director level already, or looking to step up from Design Director. Having experience in the FMCG packaging and branding is essential, and having an outstanding portfolio showcasing your design ability and concepts is a must.

As a Creative Director your responsibilities will require you to lead and motivate your team, bringing the very best out of them. You will need to nurture talent, educate your team to think for themselves, and not be afraid to put their hands' up, collaborating with others to produce the best work possible.

Aside from the £60k - £65k salary on offer, there are other benefits, but the icing on the cake is the genuine potential to for share options, and to even be co-running the agency down the line.

    The Role
     
    This is an important role for the Charity that will see the successful candidate working closely with the senior team and helping to set and deliver Marketing and Communications strategy.
