SEO Executive - Digital Agency - Oxfordshire - Very Flexible Working offered.
We're recruiting for a digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, Web Development, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing and Digital Strategy.
They're growing quickly with clients based both in the UK and US. As a result, they're looking for an exceptional SEO Executive to join the team working either onsite, or hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
The Role You will be responsible for delivering successful SEO campaigns that align with both client and internal KPIs. This will include but is not limited to:
Daily campaign monitoring, weekly internal reporting and monthly client reporting.
Keyword research and building effective keyword baskets.
Being involved in content strategies to support organic rankings and GSC impressions.
Auditing of websites from a technical SEO perspective and working in partnership with a developer to create healthy and evergreen websites.
Supporting internal team members and being a go to point for all SEO best practices.
Conduct self-guided research to create up-to-date recommendations and solutions.
What experience do you need?
2 years' SEO experience with a demonstrated history of success.
2 years’ experience working within an agency environment.
An exceptional and well-rounded understanding of SEO principles from an on-page, off-page and technical perspective.
Proven hands-on experience in SEO Optimisations & creating SEO optimised web/blog content
Great time management and ability to work to deadlines.
Collaborative experience working successfully as part of a multi-disciplined team.
Experience with problem solving and data analysis.
Experience using tools such as Google Analytic, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Majestic, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog etc.
Experience within wordpress and other CMS systems.
Exceptional writing skills, with an ability to confidently edit web pages for optimization purposes.

Summary of Role Working closely with the senior management team, you will manage clients across FMCG, home improvements and pet care. The Role
This is an important role for the Charity that will see the successful candidate working closely with the senior team and helping to set and deliver Marketing and Communications strategy. You’ll have the support of an experienced and highly organised marketing executive and it’s a role that’ll be perfectly suited to someone driven and pro-active who loves to take the lead, think strategically and make things happen!
