The Challenge

Causeway are a rapidly expanding SAAS business specialising in the construction technology (con-tech) sector.

Stonor were contacted by Causeway in September 2020 when they recognised that, to achieve their ambitious growth plans, they needed to significantly upscale their marketing team.  This consisted of six separate roles, 4 x Marketing Managers, a Digital Marketing Manager and a Content Lead.

The Solution

After consulting with Charlie, The HR Director decided to partner exclusively with Stonor for all six positions.

In the immediate weeks that followed, Stonor took the time to learn the business, liaised with several key stakeholders and began the search in earnest. 

Stonor produced bespoke job descriptions and briefing documents for each role and mapped out the local market, identifying every possible candidate for each role.

Causeway have a particularly stringent recruitment process requiring candidates to complete various online assessments and present over Zoom.

Stonor guided the candidates through the process ensuring that both parties expectations were carefully managed.

As a result, Causeway were able to fill all of their vacancies with their first choice candidates and complete the project by their December deadline.
