With offices in London, California and Singapore this global business is growing and looking for a Web Executive to join their close-knit team.
About the role
This Web Executive will help maintain and run the website, being responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site and managing the daily content. As a business-critical position, you will have an interest in data, be a good communicator and have the ability to work cross functionally with other teams in the business.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the timely update of the website on a weekly basis in line with the Marketing calendars for the UK, US and Singapore
- Undertake basic website reporting on a weekly basis
- When requested suggest page edits or improvements to ensure content is relevant and fits into the Marketing calendar
- Work on special projects as needed
- Coordinate with the Product Management and Engineering teams on new feature suggestions and improvements
Requirements
- You will have some experience of the position either at an agency or in-house
- You will have relevant CMS experience, being comfortable using a CMS - ideally Sitecore
- Be a good communicator - able to communicate your views to others
- Ensure you meet deadlines and are organised
- You show initiative, a natural collaborator and problem solver
- Have high attention to detail - not missing a detail
- A good attention to detail and ability to manage several projects at once as well several competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Basic HTML, SEO and Photoshop knowledge

About the role
This Digital Content Manager will understand the aims and objectives of stakeholders and various business units and teams within the business. Working closely with the Digital Content Team and Integrated Marketing team, you will be data driven, organised and proactive to help take the business to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the timely update of the website on a weekly basis in line with the Marketing calendars for the core markets - UK, US and Singapore
- Walking the floor - ensuring you know what pages on the website need an update or overhaul and ensuring this work is fed into relevant teams for updating
- Proactively suggest page edits or improvements to ensure content is relevant and fits into the Marketing calendar
- Using data, produce reports in Google Analytics
- Prioritise all the improvements which could take place on site with a clear roadmap of work for the next 3-6 months
- Work on projects as needed - examples being new product launches, SEO improvements or overhauling sections of the website as needed
- Lead Product Management and Engineering teams and their decisions on new features suggestions and improvements
- Running independently, you will be trusted, once the roadmap is designed, to operate with autonomy
Requirements
- You will bring substantial relevant work experience either at an agency or in-house
- You will have relevant CMS experience, being extremely comfortable using a CMS - ideally Sitecore
- You will have proven ability to build out a roadmap
- Content development experience ideally within an ecommerce, travel or other fast paced business
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple strategic objectives
- Be excellent with Web Analytics (GA)
- Knowledge of workflow methodologies and project management tools
- You will be able to influence key individuals in the business to ensure your roadmap is met
