    We're recruiting for a full-service Marketing Agency who specialise in Digital Advertising, Content, Social Media, Web Development and Creative. They are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Advertising Manager who will be responsible for running biddable paid media campaigns across their portfolio of clients, including implementation, optimisation and reporting. The role requires strong Paid Search, Paid Social and Display knowledge.

    About the role
    You will be responsible for planning, optimization and analysis of your accounts across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display. Main aspects of this role will include:

    Senior Key Art Designer

    These guys have gone from strength to strength over the last 3 years doubling their headcount to 12. They're widely recognised in the industry as an agency that produces beautiful work and they're looking for a talented Key Art Designer to help them continue doing so. They work with some of the entertainment world's most recognised names such as Paramount, Netflix, HBO, Amazon and Universal.

    You'd be using your key art origination skills to produce stunning visuals and posters which generate awareness and a buzz around new title releases. You'd be working closely with clients to really thrash out what kind of image they're looking for, before producing art which instills nostalgia and excitement for the target audience. 

    Given the nature of the role, experience as a Key Art Designer or Art Director within the entertainment space is crucial.

Based in a turret in Hertford Castle they've got one of the more interesting offices out there. Easy access by train and plenty of parking too...
      
    They've got some aggressive growth plans having seen an influx of work with some new doors recently opened, hence the need for a dedicated Account Manager to come in and fortify relationships and drive creative marketing projects internally. Due to the size of the agency currently there is lots of exposure across different creative areas such as location finding and going on shoots, alongside managing projects from start to finish and developing strong client relationships.
      
    You'd be managing accounts and supporting from a new business perspective, working on internal social media campaigns to further drive forward new business and working closely with internal creative teams. The scope of work covers digital, social media, creative, DM and more.

    This is a job with massive scope, you will own the evolution and execution of the marketing strategy and implementation. You’ll ensure the sales, marketing and success teams work hand in hand, to increase leads and conversion rates and continually optimise our go-to-market strategy.
      
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Define integrated marketing plans that support sales strategy, pipeline development and growth within the target account list.

    THE ROLE 
    As Account Manager you will report into an Account Director, working largely on property clients across a diverse range of channels including; brochures, advertising, email marketing, direct marketing, digital, event management and marketing suites. Responsibilities include:
     
    • Leading and expanding key projects with existing property clients – attending relevant meetings in order to take briefs, advise on suitable options and report on project status', as well as compiling and controlling project budgets and timelines. It’s likely that there will be an opportunity to manage new client relationships, too.
    • Managing briefs through the creative studio, from first draft to delivery and completion
    • Contributing to the creative direction of projects
    • Coordinating deadlines and workflow
    • Working as a team to carry out weekly processes, including resource planning and invoicing
