The Challenge

A French EdTech SaaS Start-Up was looking to hire two German Speaking Account Executives in Stuttgart. I helped them expand their team throughout the UK, hiring the Head of SDR, growing the SDR team and hiring an Account Executive in Amsterdam to grow their team in Europe.

After an extensive search from their internal team in Paris and Germany, they asked if I could explore our local area to fill the two open positions.

The Solution

I met the Head of the German office and took the brief for the role, looking for an individual contributor, who is willing to be the first salesperson on the ground, with an understanding of the industry (EdTech) and SaaS start-up/scale-up experience. Within 7 days I found several candidates fitting the criteria.

The Result

The client was able to hire both candidates starting in the new year and a complete turnaround in 4 months from briefing to hire (3 month notice in Germany).

These hires have implemented huge growth in the DACH region and enabled our client to exceed their targets.
