The Challenge

An SaaS Start-Up in the Health & Beauty space had grown quickly and approached us as they were looking to expand their team, however needed more structure in the business. They were looking for an SDR Manager before scaling the team any further.

The Solution

I met with the Sales Director who outlined the specifics of the role and gave us more detailed criteria for what they are looking for.

They needed someone with experience managing 10+ SDRs, experience as an SDR themselves selling into SMB and a passion for coaching. The perfect candidate should have experience planning and executing GTM strategies, processes and procedures.

The Result

I started our search as a priority, I found a candidate in London, with all the specific criteria they needed. They were immediately available so started within a month of taking the briefing.

The company therefore grew out their SDR shortly following the hire and grew 50% faster than projected as a result. 

We subsequently filled roles in their Inside Sales, Field Sales and Customer Success teams on a exclusive basis.
