SEO Executive - Digital Agency - Oxfordshire - Very Flexible Working offered.
We're recruiting for a digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, Web Development, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing and Digital Strategy.
They're growing quickly with clients based both in the UK and US. As a result, they're looking for an exceptional SEO Executive to join the team working either onsite, or hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
The Role You will be responsible for delivering successful SEO campaigns that align with both client and internal KPIs. This will include but is not limited to:
Daily campaign monitoring, weekly internal reporting and monthly client reporting.
Keyword research and building effective keyword baskets.
Being involved in content strategies to support organic rankings and GSC impressions.
Auditing of websites from a technical SEO perspective and working in partnership with a developer to create healthy and evergreen websites.
Supporting internal team members and being a go to point for all SEO best practices.
Conduct self-guided research to create up-to-date recommendations and solutions.
What experience do you need?
2 years' SEO experience with a demonstrated history of success.
2 years’ experience working within an agency environment.
An exceptional and well-rounded understanding of SEO principles from an on-page, off-page and technical perspective.
Proven hands-on experience in SEO Optimisations & creating SEO optimised web/blog content
Great time management and ability to work to deadlines.
Collaborative experience working successfully as part of a multi-disciplined team.
Experience with problem solving and data analysis.
Experience using tools such as Google Analytic, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Majestic, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog etc.
Experience within wordpress and other CMS systems.
Exceptional writing skills, with an ability to confidently edit web pages for optimization purposes.

The team are passionate about the work they do and aspire to ensure they are the best agency dedicated to the PROPERTY SECTOR (commercial and residential).
The role Reporting to the CSD, you'll head up the largest account in the agency with the opportunity to work across a diverse range of channels including; brochures, advertising, social, direct marketing, web, event management and marketing suites.
Working alongside senior directors, you’ll also play a key role in the agency’s growth plan — leading new business proposals and mentoring staff. With a strategic but commercial approach, you’ll be building close relationships with senior clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of a high volume of work going through the supporting team. Your positive attitude, knowledge and expertise will enable you to quickly become a respected member of the team, able to direct, mentor and support where needed.
You'll need:
A minimum of 7 years’ relevant creative agency experience
Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting
Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and an aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
Experience advising clients at a senior level
