What will the Managing Partner do?
· Manage and contribute to the overall culture, tone and style of the agency.
· Ensures that the right people, systems and resources are in place to allow commercial creativity to flourish.
· Ensure pride in the agency and its work
· Set the strategy and overall direction for client development and retention.
· Take the lead on important new business pitches, working closely with the Strategy Partner, and supported by the CEO.
· Oversee the work of the support functions, including HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Business Development and Office Management.
· Work closely with the company accountants and CEO to monitor company performance
· Acts as a mentor and listening ear for the CEO.
What experience will you need?
· Management: ability to motivate others to produce great work.
· Communication: able to explain complex ideas to others in straightforward language and empower them to do their jobs without hand holding.
· Willing to involve themselves thoroughly within the agency, building strong and cordial relationships with both senior colleagues and junior staff.
· Vision: capable of seeing the whole picture, learning from the past and able to take realistic and strategic decisions about the future of the agency.
· Finance: adept, and able to keep control of agency expenditure and build a sound financial base for future activity.

The Role
Reporting to the Principal Consultant and working with a strong team of Analysts and Project Managers, as a Senior Consultant you will be giving genuine advice and consultancy - right the way through from designing the research programmes, through to designing question sets, shaping research questions, shaping and presenting reports to back to board-level clients. It's an ideal opportunity for a mid-senior insights professional who is looking to develop in their career. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading client projects, working with their talented team of data scientists, analysts, writers, designers and project managers
- Shaping, designing and executing a range of solutions for clients based on your understanding of their specific needs
- Pitching new ideas and proposals to new and existing clients to support their business growth
- Working as the Account Director for specific clients, addressing challenges, influencing client behaviour and ultimately purchasing decisions
- Continually improving our overall proposition, by contributing to our proposition development agenda
Experience
- A strong understanding of research techniques and their applications within organisations
- Relevant experience in a similar role ideally in the employee engagement space, with a specific focus on employee research
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and with clients

They work on worldwide campaigns for some of the biggest names in tech across some very cool projects including the Olympics.
This is the opportunity to join as a Strategist reporting directly to the Head of Strategy.
The role
* Developing brand communications strategies
* Writing the creative brief that will be used by the agency's creative teams to produce the creative ideas from the Client brief.
* Conducting brainstorming sessions with the whole team, evaluating all ideas against consumer insights, research, the strategic framework, and the underlying client business need.
* Striving to make the complicated simple for our clients and for each other, by exploring the business context, to gather insights, and to establish a clear ambition for each campaign and project. - this will include: desk research, structuring and conducting interviews with client contacts, interviewing target audience customers directly, and briefing and working with researchers and other planners.
You'll need:
* Minimum of 5 years in a strategic planning role within an integrated agency, ideally B2B
* Experience in differentiating core advertising ideas from their executional treatments, and astute in assessing when these meet the brief and how they will influence behaviour.
* Proven track record of guiding and nurturing creative work that meets clients' briefs.
* Experienced in building a depth of knowledge about client's businesses, including where and how advertising and marketing contributes to success.

Broad outline of responsibilities and skills required:
Your main aim will be to lead the strategy team and drive the company to become an unstoppable, insight-driven force helping B2B technology and professional services companies
* An experienced strategic marketer - you will have created and presented multiple marketing strategies
* Experience and fluency with B2B social platforms (organic and paid), website CMS systems (eg HubSpot), CRM systems (eg HubSpot), Google platforms (eg Search Console, Adwords, Analytics) and SEO management tools (eg ahrefs)
* Excited to join the HubSpot community, go to inbound and speak at events
* Comfortable handling clients directly, and identifying opportunities for our AMs to grow our relationships
* Strong understanding of the inbound marketing process/methodology
* Strong presenter, able to deliver ideas and talk knowledgably to clients about the benefits of an Inbound or ABM campaign
* Own the companies inbound strategy process, building on their best practice
