Associate Research Director
£45,000-55,000 DOE
WFH 3-4 days, flexible working & bonus
 
The company
An award-winning Market Research agency with a very impressive client list that includes a number of the UK's leading brands is now looking for a talented and creative Associate Research Director with a passion for consumer insight to strengthen their expanding team. Our client is ideally looking for someone with a mixed methods background OR a Qual leaning.
 
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an Associate Research Director to use their expert abilities to create solutions, and ideas and be innovative to produce the best results for their clients and make a real difference. With a variety of complex, high-value, strategic projects you can be excited at the fact as an AD at this agency you will help create direction for some of the UK's leading brands.
 
Required skills:
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering highly complex, multi-strand projects and meeting deadlines
  • A creative mind that can deliver bespoke research solutions
  • Ability to inspire those in the team and guide development
  • Drive forward innovation
  • Mixed Methods research skills
 
What’s in it for you?

    The agency run competitions for the likes of ITV and Global Radio in addition to film studios and other major household names.

    • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and thrive under pressure;
    • Consider yourself enthusiastic, committed and are willing to roll your sleeves up;
    • Have exceptional organisation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
    • Highly self-managed and able to work unsupervised, backed up with team support;
    • Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise workload;
    • Numerical accuracy and proficiency with Excel and Word;

    The Role
     
    Reporting into the head of marketing, this role will see the successful candidate managing Social Media Marketing and content campaigns for the business. The role comes with plenty of support but also offers a good level of autonomy to present new ideas/strategy. The Ideal candidate will be a strong writer with some SEO expertise who's capable of managing B2B social campaigns on major channels. Expereince in the technology sector is highly advantageous and responsibilities will include:
     
    • Crafting quality short and long form written content for use on multiple channels (Social, Web and Print)
    • Plan and maintain content calendar
    • Support on strategic approach to campaigns with wider team
    • Help produce multimedia content and presentations
