The business is looking for someone to join them as a sales director to head up the promotional branded merchandise arm of the business. Client cross over with other teams in the business is very strong and the role provides an outstanding, stable base from which to build. To be considered you will need:
- Previous expereince operating at senior level within the branded merchandise industry.
- A history of growing teams and winning new business in the industry (mainly from 'warm' leads).
- A thorough understanding of sourcing/operations and the ability to identify and negotiate with high performing suppliers.
- Expereince working with design teams to develop and deliver bespoke products.
