The Role
Reporting directly to the sales Director, this important role will see the successful candidate working across several key clients to foster lasting relationships and maximize revenue opportunities. You’ll work with established brands/accounts from the start and the commission scheme on offer presents very strong earning potential. Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain relationships within all key departments for assigned clients, including sales, marketing and procurement contacts.
Understand client business initiatives, sales and marketing strategy, sales distribution channel, procurement process, brand strategy, brand identity guidelines, event schedules, ad campaigns, anniversaries, product introductions, in order to proactively present product ranges and secure merchandise orders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company’s product lines and processes, sales philosophy, and industry conditions to provide innovative support and technical assistance to customers.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Management team, this important role will see the successful candidate taking ownership of business development efforts and working with the wider sales team to identify and secure new business. You’ll get to set strategy and have the backing to approach both large global corporate accounts and attractive up and coming SME’s. Ideal role for any business development professional in the sector who’s looking to join a highly stable, well backed business. Responsibilities include:
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities covering SMEs and global multi-nationals
Set a new business strategy built on research and personal understanding of the merchandise sector
Working in tandem with the wider sales account management team to present and pitch to new prospects
Ensure a smooth transition from New business to account management team during onboarding
Help to manage and mentor junior staff members while aiming to grow the new business team in the future.
