Traffic Manager | Strategic Design Consultancy

These guys do things a bit differently, but my word it's exciting…
Traditionally they're a strategy house; a consultancy, a tight-knit bunch of incredibly intellectual individuals who have fine tuned their ability to drill down into a client's core business values.
Their team of 20 is made up of a couple of creatives, strategists, account handlers and writers. At present, they use Toggl as a booking system, but with nobody calling the shots the client services team are bartering over the time of the in-demand writers, strategists, and designers.
After being recently acquired their workload and pipeline has significantly increased. Coupled with the fact they envisage growing from 20 to 40 people over the next 18 months, the need for an experienced Traffic Manager is crucial.
This Traffic Manager will have the gravitas to be able to control their workflow, coordinate the requests for work that are coming in and marrying them up with the resource not only within the ranks, but with external freelancers. In time, they'd also be looking for this Traffic Manager to team up and liaise with their parent company's Traffic Managers on bigger projects, where multiple specialist teams would be working together.
HQ is in Gloucestershire, you could be fully remote, although it would be handy if you were somewhere near there or London. You'd have access to their London parent company's offices should you need them.

Creative Copywriter - Strategic Creative Design Agency

Agencies in the Thames Valley are two-a-penny, they're often B2B focused, working in tight parameters, with tech clients… However, these guys buck the trend! They're nimble, agile, strategic and design orientated, with a culture that is quite something!
They work with some incredibly diverse brands ranging from sporty governing bodies, a leading finances service firm, the camera brand everyone wants to own, a liquid phone network, and many more breakthrough brands. Their aim is to push creative boundaries, really challenge the norm, shred briefs and deliver solutions that are different, that turn heads, that appeal to the target audience across multiple touchpoints and that are influence decisions.
Their team of 30, based in a wonderful Thames Valley location, has the need for a Creative Copywriter who can shift their skills between creating concepts that shine through campaigns, and derving strategic messaging that alters a brand's perception. You'd be working closely with designers and art directors to tackle briefs, conjuring up ideas which fuel campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
You're asking yourself is this role remote or home based? The answer is no, and if you're the type of person who wants to shut themselves away and just churn out work then this role won't be for you. Over the last 18 months, this B2B agency have evolved massively, going from strength to strength; upskilling in a lot of areas in the business from strategy, paid media, development and creative, with the appointment of a fantastic Creative Director. Creative is beginning to shine through all of their campaigns, and the need for a talented Copywriter has come about...
They operate in the B2B space, mainly across technology, financial services and fintech, so there's great budgets and the chance to really push the boundaries.
Slotting into a creative team of 10, and working under a Senior Copywriter, you'd have the chance to work across a wide range of campaigns from advertising, digital, social media, research, events and video.
They've got a wide bracket for this person coming on board, Junior or Midweight (£25k - £35k), but it's all down to demonstratable experience in your portfolio. This position is with a full-service creative agency, whose expertise and offering spans live events, virtual events, strategy, content, production and technology. You may think that this global pandemic has affected their business, but fear not - they're striding on.
Based just out of London in Surrey, they have great access to and from town being just 40 mins from Victoria. Of course everything is WFH at the moment, and there will be a large proportion of flexibility on offer moving forward, but being able to get to their office is essential when work demands.
The agency work across a variety of sectors spanning automotive, energy, fintech, retail and have a large proportion of healthcare clients.
They are looking for someone who:
- Has come from an integrated agency background
- Is comfortable across art direction & concept development in various different creative mediums; live events, digital, experiential campaigns, comms, script writing, video etc
- Possesses excellent copywriting credentials
- Can demonstrate a portfolio of concepts and strategic creation
- Ideally has experience working across the medical/pharmaceutical/healthcare space
- Is comfortable mentoring more junior members of the team, with the ability to develop into a Creative Director in time.
- Has the confidence to lead on pitches, and talk clients through concepts and the strategy behind ideas.
