A leading youth charity is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team. Well supported role and ideal for anyone who enjoys taking ownership of campaigns and wants to make a difference.

The Role
 
This is an important role for the Charity that will see the successful candidate working closely with the senior team and helping to set and deliver Marketing and Communications strategy. You’ll have the support of an experienced and highly organised marketing executive and it’s a role that’ll be perfectly suited to someone driven and pro-active who loves to take the lead, think strategically and make things happen! Responsibilities include:
 
  • Working with the senior team to help develop and execute Marketing and Communications strategy covering campaign planning, events and launches, email marketing, media relations and social media (with support from executive)
  • Work closely with fundraising and business development teams to coordinate approach and support efforts to generate support
  • Help produce a content strategy and assist with content creation to support wider communications strategy
  • Manage media relations efforts

    • Strong organisational and research project management skills
    • Confident at, or starting to gain confidence in, presenting to different audiences.
    • Ability to recognise themes and insights
    • At least a year’s Quant research experience
    • Great proposal and report writing skills
    • Foreign languages are a definite plus (not essential)

    This role is ideal for a Research Director to use their expert abilities to create solutions, and ideas and be innovative to produce the best results for their clients and make a real difference. With a variety of complex, high-value, strategic projects you can be excited at the fact as an RD at this agency you will help create direction for some of the UK's leading brands. They are based just outside of London and just a 20-minute train ride from central London.

    We're looking for an ambitious individual with experience in media measurement to fulfil a pivotal role in a growing agency.
     
    Despite having a 50 year pedigree in research, this business operate more like a well backed start-up. Part of a £60m turnover group, they are an innovative global leader in the provision of automotive media insights, working with some of the most prestigious and exciting car brands.
     
    The role will be supported by a team of three (though this is expected to grow). Working closely with the Head of Digital, MD and CEO you will be responsible for delivering actionable insight on media performance & coverage data derived from unique technology that works in tandem with traditional research platforms and techniques.
     
    You will need:
     
    • Proven experience in media monitoring.
    • Ability to swiftly and accurately analyse large volumes of data.
    • Familiarity with online/digital platforms and data & insight communication tools.
    • Ideally some line management experience
    • An interest in delivering valuable insights for different sectors
    • Self-motivated, autonomous, and deadline-driven.
    • An interest in the automotive industry is preferred, but not essential.
     
    Training will be provided but experience in data & insight roles, building client relationships, and an interest in media measurement are essential.
