The role Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their client services team ASAP. You'll be joining a team of three reporting in to an established Account Director. The client is a household name in the leisure sector and you can expect a fun, fast paced working environment with plenty of variety in the campaigns you help deliver. Initially at least you will not have any management responsibility, but the desire to eventually management someone would be preferred.
What do you need?
Marketing agency experience essential, preferably 3 years +
An outgoing personality with bags of initiative
The ability to quickly build professional relationships
A genuine interest in the ever changing marketing landscape
Presentation skills
Budget Management & reporting experience

As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success and spearheading impactful b2b (fleet) campaigns that help shape the future of automotive marketing. You'll work in a rapidly expanding team on household brand names. Sounds exciting doesn't it?
Overview: The ideal candidate will have an understanding of B2B marketing, preferably within the automotive sector, and possess strong organisational skills. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive client, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and industry trends.
Work with an Account Executive providing guidance & support where necessary.
Oversee the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and events, to drive engagement, leads, and sales.
Work closely with the various internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for client growth and innovation.
Ideal qualifications:
4 years' + experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
