Client Services Consultant - CX & Insight
Central London - Flexible working arrangements/WFH 3 days (Post Covid)
£40,000 - £60,000
The agency stands at around 40 people across RND, Operations, Insight and Client Services. They have a close-knit and agile environment where the teams work collaboratively to make sure they service their clients in real time in the best possible way. CX and insight is what they do and being customer obsessed helps them get to the bottom of what their clients need to know to create commercial value.
They are now looking to find a Client Services Consultant to add to their team and this person must have a true passion for building client relationships, nurturing them and excited about helping their accounts develop & grow.
For them, it is more about finding the right personality for the team with someone who will confident being in front of their clients on a day to day basis. To be clear this isn't a sales position, but commercial acumen will be needed as being able to spot an opportunity and cross sell will be important to the role.
If you have worked in a research environment whether that be as an account manager, a full-service researcher, or a project manager this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. Any experience in VOC, Customer experience/satisfaction would be great but is not essential.
