The Company

Our client is an AI consumer & communication insights start-up that monitors trends in politics and businesses using cutting-edge AI. You would be working in a multicultural team with the option to be based in their London co-spaces or work from home.
The Role
Create AI-powered analyses and visualizations for clients.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Collaborate with management to acquire new clients.
Maintain high-quality standards to improve AI tools and content.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure content accuracy and integrity.
Conduct data quality checks.
Provide feedback on AI software and report technical issues.
Research and update media collections and influencers.
Create charts, graphs, and reports based on client needs.
What would they like from you?
Strong analytical skills with a service-oriented approach.
Passion for data visualization and AI.
Degree in Comms, Marketing, Political Science, Statistics, or related field.
Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.

The role Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their client services team working on integrated b2b campaigns. You'll be joining a team of four supporting an established Senior Account Director. The client is a household name in the leisure & hospitality sector and you can expect a fun, fast paced working environment with plenty of variety in the b2b campaigns you help deliver. Initially at least you will not have any management responsibility, but the desire to eventually management someone would be preferred.

Overview: The ideal candidate will have an understanding of B2B marketing, preferably within the automotive sector, and possess strong organisational skills. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive client, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and industry trends.
Work with an Account Executive providing guidance & support where necessary.
Oversee the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and events, to drive engagement, leads, and sales.
Work closely with the various internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for client growth and innovation.
Ideal qualifications:
4 years' + experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
