    Who are you?

    Ideally you are a motivated, upbeat individual with proven experience in recruitment, you'll need to be based within an hour of Thame with access to a car.

    We're looking for "360" recruiter, ideally with 3 + years' experience in sales and/or marketing

    You'll be given complete autonomy over what clients you want to work with, the fees you charge and the way in which you'd like to work.

    • 4 years' + experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Some experience of managing budgets and project management generally

    We are recruiting for a creative marketing agency based in Hertfordshire (most employees work from home at least 2 days per week). They have been running for over 20 years and specialise in producing award winning campaigns for a range of clients in Leisure, Healthcare, Travel, and Entertainment . The team is made up of 45 talented, outgoing people many of whom have been with the business for over 5 years due to the positive working environment and career progression on offer.

    The Opportunity:

    This role will work closely with a lovely Senior Account Manager on two of the agency’s largest accounts. It will be a diverse, challenging role involving most areas of the on and offline marketing mix including, creative, social media, content & print.     The main responsibilities will be:

    We are recruiting for one of the world's biggest marketing and media networks based in the centre of London. They're looking for a talented, ambitious Senior AD to join them on a permanent basis, helping to run a huge automotive client.

    What's it all about?

    This role is based in the "Learning Communications" team of 30 people. They're responsible for creating engaging marketing communications designed to aid staff development and make businesses more effective. In this case you would be leading a team of six - liaising with the client on a weekly basis to ensure that everything is running smoothly and identifying areas for growth.

    You will support a Senior Account Director and work closely with the creative studio, finance, the digital (dev) team and the programme management team.

    It would be advantageous to have some experience of working in a marketing agency environment, and even more advantageous if you have covered internal communications or employer branding.

    You'll need:

    • Career development to at least Account Director level
    • Line management experience
    • Financial management experience (essential)
    • Excellent English - verbal and written
    • Business development and presentation skills (internal and external)
