Customer Service / Sleep Advocate
Exciting scale up with significant funding is looking for a Customer Service / Sleep Advocate to join their team.
This well backed start-up has created a revolutionary medical device that helps improve sleep apnoea and primary snoring. The product combines the best non-invasive medicine with a world class, connected consumer experience that will revolutionise how the condition is treated for millions.
To establish a good rapport with new patients and handhold along their journey whilst troubleshooting any hurdles using communication skills and identifying any areas we can improve on. Further to ensure that the whole E2E process becomes a seamless experience. Building up processes and changing existing ones if needed in order to fulfill the needs of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sleep Advocate Program
- Customer Experience life cycle including ZenDesk, HelpShift
- Shipping & Orders
- Sales Support UK Switzerland
- Process creation and documentation
Client Services, operations, product support, sales support
Working with multiple stake holders / on/offshore teams on projects such as integrations/mergers, Front end GUI builds / back-office system integrations
Communication skills, relationship building, customer care.
Ideal Technical Knowledge/Technologies Used/Achievements
· trouble shooting, project management,
· Zendesk, Help shift, Salesforce.
· Jira/Confluence beneficial
