We have partnered with a fast-growing SaaS company in the fintech space. They have only been operating for a year but already employ 50 people across three offices and have the backing in place to grow exponentially in the next four years.
This is a job with massive scope, you will own the evolution and execution of the marketing strategy and implementation. You’ll ensure the sales, marketing and success teams work hand in hand, to increase leads and conversion rates and continually optimise our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Define integrated marketing plans that support sales strategy, pipeline development and growth within the target account list.
Plan ABM programmes, nurturing campaigns/demand gen and other programmes that create opportunities for target accounts.
Lead management and close collaboration with the revenue teams.
Own lead and pipeline metrics, in partnership with Revenue Operations.
Manage marketing team alongside agency support
Report on key KPIs, assess pipeline health, and identify key challenges and priorities.
Missions:
Develop, execute, and monitor Growth plan (email, ABM & partnerships…).
Set up marketing automation campaigns and train existing teams to monitor
Initiate lead nurturing initiatives and introduce a commercial approach to the marketing team
Leverage available data and insights to develop activity that is targeted, effective and efficient
Foster strong relationships with colleagues to share ideas, maximize opportunities and ensure consistent brand alignment across all B2B touch points (E.g. Production of sales support materials,…)
Requirements
Experience managing and executing marketing programs and campaigns for B2B companies within a start-up SaaS environment
Track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging a diverse set of channels and tactics, expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
Familiarity with CRM/CMS products like Hubspot
Demonstrated ability to employ data-driven, digital first strategies for high quality lead generation and opportunity acceleration through sales teams
Brilliant communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into marketing actions and clear objectives
Exceptional organisation and a ‘hands on’ approach

The team is made up of 40 talented individuals across creative and client services and they have big ambitions to grow in line with a ten year plan. The work is varied both in terms of discipline (full service) and sector, B2C and B2B. In this case you would be working on one of the world's largest logistics companies, a higher education client and a leading charity.
The Role This is an important and exciting role within the agency with an opportunity to grow for the right candidate. Under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for the operational day-to-day smooth running of client projects.
You will be tasked with:
Supporting the Client Services team on large projects and activities, or working end to end on smaller clients’ projects
Managing client projects using SYNERGIST Project management software
Driving projects through the business to the point of, and including, billing
Attending client meetings and calls and producing follow up notes
Proof reading and maintaining excellent quality control on all client work
Ensuring briefs are met on time and on budget, using judgment to inform the Senior Account Manager or Account Director where there is a deviation or problem, and provide potential solutions
Creating and managing timing plans and ensuring projects remain on track throughout their lifecycle
It would be helpful if you had:
Experience of supporting the management of clients within an agency environment e.g. working as an Account Manager or in a Project Support role
Good written and oral communication skills
A positive communication style, happy to coordinate colleagues and clients to ensure projects keep to schedule
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to proof check documents
Ability to manage time and prioritise time efficiently
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workflow
Experience with Synergist (project management software) would be amazing!
