Many of our clients are advertising and marketing agencies, but we also work directly with brands to fill in-house roles. We're based in a converted barn near Haddenham, Bucks and operate a flexible working model.

    Who are you?

    Ideally you are a motivated, upbeat individual with proven experience in recruitment, you'll need to be based within an hour of Thame with access to a car.

    What's the role?

    We're looking for "360" recruiter, ideally with 3 + years' experience in sales and/or marketing

    You'll be given complete autonomy over what clients you want to work with, the fees you charge and the way in which you'd like to work.

    This is NOT a corporate environment.

    Market Research Executive

    Custom Research & Consultancy | £27–35K + Benefits

    Hybrid working - once ingrained in the business, it can taper down from 2 days a week to twice a month.

    Our client, a leading market intelligence firm in the healthcare tech space, is growing their Custom Research & Consultancy practice and looking for a Research Executive to join their team.

    If you’ve got 1+ years of experience in market research and an interest in healthcare tech, this is a great opportunity to dive deep into global markets, speak directly with industry stakeholders, and deliver insights that truly make a difference.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Designing surveys and interview guides
    • Conducting interviews with global healthcare leaders
    • Analysing data, spotting trends, and crafting compelling stories
    • Supporting client projects from kickoff to delivery
    • Developing your skills in analysis, writing, and presentation

    What they’re looking for:

    • 1+ years of experience in market research
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Bonus points for healthcare or tech sector knowledge!

    Perks include:

    • £27,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE) + up to 10% bonus
    • 39-hour week with flexible hours between 7am–7pm (min. 6 hrs/day)
    • 27 days’ holiday + bank holidays (pro rata), with option to purchase more
    • Flexible holiday use – swap most bank holidays for time off elsewhere
    • Private health plan, company pension, and life insurance (3x salary)

    Hybrid working:

    • First 3 months: 2 days/week in office (overnight stay covered if needed)
    • Months 4–6: 1 day/week in office
    • After 6 months: Potential for 2 days/month in office, subject to agreement
