Creative Director - Branding & Packaging Agency

The ideal candidate will either be at Creative Director level already, or looking to step up from Design Director. Having experience in the FMCG packaging and branding is essential, and having an outstanding portfolio showcasing your design ability and concepts is a must.
As a Creative Director your responsibilities will require you to lead and motivate your team, bringing the very best out of them. You will need to nurture talent, educate your team to think for themselves, and not be afraid to put their hands' up, collaborating with others to produce the best work possible.

Midweight Graphic Designer - Performance Improvement Agency
Oxfordshire | £25k - £35k | NP730
This is an excellent opportunity for a Graphic Designer with skills in the print and digital space to join a team of 20 based in South Oxfordshire. The agency works on schemes to continually motivate employees and also enhance customer loyalty for brands.
You'd be an integral part of the design team, creating solutions to challenge briefs set by clients. They could be digital solutions with a great user experience for example, a competition for internal sales staff of a large company, with the end goal being an all expenses trip paid as prize, it could be an event. It could be an game for customers of a brand with the winner winning a certain prize, generating social media interaction along the way - all interesting projects.
In terms of the day to day, the individual will be contributing in three main areas of the business:
- New Business & Marketing
- Existing Client Growth
- Internal Product Development
Their client list spans agriculture, automotive, sportswear, technology, telecoms and more.
From a design perspective you'd have the chance to really spread your wings working on a range of emails, web pages and infographics. Then digitally you could really get stuck into the digital side from a UX and UI perspective.
Digitally it would be great if you had experience in creating/designing:
- Mock ups
- Web / App designs
- User journeys, personas and storyboards
- Prototypes and wireframes
